Ajax broken in 1.1.5?

Is this happening for anybody else?

It was working before I upgraded, but now the "click to add description" and "click to add tags" ajax text boxes don't work.

They just switch to "saving..." forever and never finish, and the database isn't being updated. The 5-star rating seems to work okay though, which makes me think it's a new bug that's been introduced? Am I the only one?

    I've tested it just now on three different servers and with a few browsers, and I'm not seeing a problem.

    Let's debug this for you...

    First, what browser/version and operating system are you using? What web server or host?

    Second, are you getting any JavaScript errors in the browser? I have a feeling this is the cause.

    Try:

    you can log in first as "trisweb" with the same password so you're allowed to try and post.

    It doesn't work in firefox 2.0.0.12 and ie 7.0.5730.11 on win xp pro. ie at least gives a javascript error (firefox doesn't):

    char: 3
    error: 'undefined' is null or not an object
    code: 0

    That error comes up right when I click the text (before submitting it or anything), and it also is weird, it keeps the the "click to add tags" in the select box, as well as putting it underneath the select box! That doesn't happen in firefox though, everything at least LOOKS normal in firefox, though it still doesn't submit okay.

    Ah, you know what? I think I had some of my old css files still in the dir!

    I think I can figure it out.. sorry about the false alarm..

    Yeah, I'd recommend deleting the contents of the zp-core directory (except your zp-config.php) and starting fresh. Good luck.
