Flowplayer album thumb problem

Trying to cure a problem, I have my site split into two albums, one for photos and one for videos, with the relevant sub albums within.

The problem is the video albums will only show an image saying .flv is there no way for it to show a thumbnail from the first frame of the video, of some other way of showing anything other than that image??
