show last comment with picture on an external page

Hello!
I'd like to be able to show the last comment and the picture commented on an "regular" site, located on the same server.

ex: my site is in / and the gallery is /zenphoto

How can I add the comment and the picture commented to the index of the website?
I saw "use zenphoto as a plugin" but I didn't get it!

Could you guide me step by step?
