Okay, no idea where this falls

I just posted to the Themes forum and it shows "1 hour ago". I thought I was going crazy trying to follow along with posts but now I know I'm not <LOL!> What gives with this forum software? I see this also makes it hard to know when the nightly builds happen. The page states 11pm PST but I waited and time didn't match. I'm +3.00 PST.
