no gallery when logging out!

hello,
I installed zenphoto and uploaded a gallery. when i´m logged in everything works fine, but when I logg out, there is no gallery. in the infoscreen i can see gallerys 0 but images 15.

how come?

can somebody help me?

If they are simply not showing up but are seen in the admin, they are probably set to unpublished. Please check the checkbox for that on the admin edit page of that album.
