Problem after 1.1.5 update => could'nt login in admin

Since the update of my zenphoto gallery “http://reflexart.free.fr” today from 1.1.0 to 1.1.5
I could not login on the admin interface. I always have a message like I have a wrong password. I’m trying to change it using the change password functionality.
Zenphoto send me a mail I’m following the link who invites me to change password and/or create users.
And it seems to be the problem if y change password or create a new user change seem to not be applied. And my old password don’t work

In my database I’ve on the table “zenadministrator” only my old user name and my old pasword not creapted (before the update) and no new user or new password was created
