No email notification for comments

Hey, I'm not getting any email notifications for any comments that are posted (I never have). I even tried checking my spam and changed email addresses.
Any ideas on what else I can check?

Did you enable it in the options?

Are you running an IIS server? If so, try the nightly builds.

Yes, I enabled.

What is an IIS server?

Nope, I'm not. It's a Linux machine.

Does the machine support smtp?

It does.
I also get Wordpress email alerts with no problem.
