Hi Just installed my ZenPhoto album, very cool! Sadly the only way to upload videos is by FTP, the upload forms do not upload the video files. Could it be Firefox on Mac? Cheers!

I too was wondering about this.

I'd like to see video upload via a http post (like youtube) and then have it automagically be converted to a .flv file with something like ffmpeg and create a thumbnail.

You are right, we should add the ability to upload via the admin backend. But converting should be done before uploading, ffmeg is a php extension that needs to be installed on the server and not everybody can or is allowed to do that especially on shared hosts.
