Disable Ratings???

I just downloaded the latest nightly build [1420] and am unable to figure out how to disable the rating option? I had the "stable" 1.1.5 release and was able to turn off that feature.

Is it somewhere else now?

Admin > Plugins: uncheck 'rating'

i can't disable it in 1.2 - there is no option for it in plug-ins. can anyone help?

Just disable the plugin or remove the code from your theme files.
