Someone to hire to upgrade and move a gallery?

My niece is using an old zen gallery I made as her resume. I'm desperate to change web hosting companies. I don't have the time or brains to the gallery and upgrade/install on new host, AND have 100% up time for her. I would love to find a competant and honest admin who can do it for me for a small fee or barter. Am considering moving to 1and1.com. Anyone with experience there?
