`Tags (column heading)`
Maybe "Current tags" would be clearer?
`Select one or more tags from the Tags selection list. (Select a tag by pressing the Ctrl-key) {PC} or the COMMAND-key {MAC} and clicking on the item in the list. Selecting a tag without holding the key will deselect all other tags.)`
I know you need to keep things brief but when I followed instructions, I had _no_ clue as to why I was doing this
`To add a new tag, select add new tag and enter the name(s) in the text fields that will appear. If you need to add more than four new tags you will have to save and select add new tag again.`
Would make more sense (?) if all the current tags are listed in the column FIRST and then "add new tag" is last. Also, new tags are added above existing tags, is there such a thing as a sort function that can be done on saving the list (although the Save isn't exclusive to the Tags).
No mention is made about DELETING one or more tags.
I don't use the Tags (not used Search yet) so when I added one to a specific image, was surprised to see it appear on the Edit page at first. Too awhile to understand the purpose is to go down the list (that is created) and pick all relevant tags per image in the album. While there's no room in current setup, it would have been more obvious if there actually were _two_ columns: the entire list (listA) and a per image column beside it (listB), as you select/double-click the tag from listA on the left, it's moved to listB on the right meaning it's associated to that image. Doing vice-versa removes it from listB back to listA. I've seen this done for other reasons in several applications.
There was nothing saying to save your selection, use the Save button found under "Thumbnail" (I thought I missed finding it as I didn't know that one was serving mutli-purpose.)

Well, the list shows all tags....

Sorry, I don't understand...

What if you have many tags assigned, then you would have to scroll down for the "new tag" selection.
The tags are sorted alphabetically.

We are simply not done with the feature. Probably there will be a extra tag management page for that.

We might add that at some time.

We just assumed that it would be basic knowledge that you have to save it...:-)
`We might add that at some time.`
Are you saying Tags are not for searching? If not, what purpose are they? Or, is the intention there but you're still building? In which case, I can still play with making things look pretty then get around to tagging my images <LAUGH>.
Yes,it obvious to save but the Save button's location isn't visible so I had no idea at that moment how. When I scroll down/over and saw the existing Save I've used for other purposes, figured no harm in seeing if that's it.
BTW: If you've ever used Filemaker Pro, that's one example of what I'm trying to explain for moving items in left column into right column to select.
Was going to look at the Tags I created to see sort order but I cannot get to my site. (new post)

Actually I was referring to the idea with two columns, one for the list and one for the actual selected tags, but was to lazy to post it all again. Since our resources are limited we sometimes use just the easy way...:-)

Well, we just expect that as "common usage behaviour" I would say (And you know a little about Zenphoto, don't you?...:-))
Fully understandable. I saw you're implementing something with PayPal, not long after someone posted. Not bad turnaround for an app without the tons of resources those 'big guys' have! Just figure feedback helps you decide what needs more tweaking and gives idea for other things <SMILE>
