Do not display comment sender option

I'd like the option, taken from guest books that use to abound, to set in Admin, to not display the name, email or web of the user, just the comment. While I've permanently commented out web address and added "email not shown on screen", I cannot do the others as I need to capture the info, just don't necessarily want to display publically.

Alternate would be the guest book method of setting mandatory fields but user opts to display or not.
