Login page missing

I recently installed version 1.1.5 and have been using it as administrator with no problem. When I added some users, I found that they cannot get to the login page, but instead they see an empty Gallery page.

As a test, I deleted my cookie and found that I also see an empty Gallery page when I go to the page, which is at http://www.raytechsystems.com/tourtellott/zenphoto. Any idea what the problem might be?
