creation of album failed

Hi,

I'm new to Zen Photo and I successfully installed it. Now I'm trying to create some albums and I created one called cats and then select some image files but once I save it I cannot browse my photos.

Images are not uploaded to the directory zenphoto/albums/cats I only get one photo that as been uploaded but it's not browsable.

Any idea what's can be wrong ?

In fact the images aren't uploaded because of their size, I correct the size of the image and now the images are been uploaded but the album is still not browsable

once I click on the album I got the following error message

The requested URL /eliane/zenphoto/cats/ was not found on this server.
