'Allow Comments' unticked but form still shows

Hiya,

Even when I untick 'Allow Comments' on an album, and on each image within it, th form still shows up... any ideas? Is there anywhere else in admin I need to change the settings on? It's a customised theme - could that be anything to do with it?

Have you perhaps modified the theme? There needs to be an "if" statement around the comments block in image.php that reads `if (getOption('Allow_comments')) {`
