Successful install but nothing there!

I feel such a fool, I installed zenphoto and it went like a dream and I uploaded some photos to a directory I called spring falabella foals and this does show when I go into edit - but when I go to my site there is nothing there and when I click on view gallery it takes me to a list of my directories.. and in the albums directory there is only a cache ... For now I have uploaded an index.htm file to protect my files a bit but what am I doing wrong.... If I go into the album and save it it says "save successful"

    Sorry but I'm doing a total re-install so please ignore my last post - I may well be back!

    No - re-installed - this time in the root directory and zenshows but it doesn't want to display any images even when ftp'd to the album directory.. having a very bad day.. should have left the old site there!

    Check if your images/albums are set to published and please read the troubleshooting article on our user guide page, too.

    Silly me - yes they were published but theywere in fact too big! - shrank them and reloaded and it works!
