Nothing on frontpage from nonadmin

I have just installed zenphoto today and have got a strange problem. I have got one album at http://brewer.me.uk/zenphoto/ called yoda. If I am signed in as the admin user then that URL shows the album. If I am not signed in as admin on the other hand nothing is shown. Even when I am not signed in as admin, if I go to http://brewer.me.uk/zenphoto/yoda the album contents are shown. I have tried all the supplied themes and the same effect is observed. Any idea what is going wrong?
