modifying div. things and support of subalbums

Hiho,

I'm a ZenPhoto Newbie - since 3 Days. And a css-Newbie too.
So I've a few questions about subalbums. It's a bit difficult in the beginning, to find through all these informations and hints...

I read about the theme: stopped design. There was no support for subalbums.
This still happens. I had download this theme and installed it today.
And there is still no support for subalbums.

Is this right? Or missed I something?

The next question:
Can I modify the screen, the images are shown?
For example in the theme stopdesign the screen is smaller then in the theme joshuaink.
Where can I change the size?

And - maybe as you guessed - I'm not a native english speaker. I'm from Munich - Germany.
So ist there any chance zu change the language from English into German - and where?

Thank's a lot for your help!!!

    1. Right. I suggest you take a look at the stopdesign theme that is included with Zenphoto. It's not that different. Or you could contact the theme's author if he did an update that we don't know of.

    2. Without (X)HTML/CSS and a little PHP knowledge this will be not that easy. Since you are German I suggest taking a look at the german standard site: http://de.selfhtml.org/

3 There are also a lot of options in the admin backend, including a language switch.

    Please also visit http://www.zenphoto.org/category/User-Guide/.
  • Hiho acrylian,

    thanks a lot!

I did my first steps at selfhtml. It is very helpful. So I'll go on with it ;-).

  • Just another question:

Could it be a bug, if I switch in the admin backend, in "options/gallery configuration" the "locale" to de_DE, then on the indexpage of stopdesign, the thumbnails of the "random/recent images" on the lower middle, not any longer will be shown until I switch
    it back?

So I didn't found anything about it her.

Sorry, I can not reproduce this. The random/recent images actually have nothing to do with the locale.
