Translating ??

Hello,

I would like to translate the new version to HEBREW.
How can i do that ?
What are the files i need to translate ?
I tried to edit:
\gallery\zp-core\locale\de_DE\LC_MESSAGES\zenphoto.mo
\gallery\zp-core\locale\de_DE\LC_MESSAGES\zenphoto.po

With notepad or dream weaver but with no success...

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ADVISE ?
