Album Thumbnails Not Showing (sometimes)

About every third time I reload my index.php page, several of the album thumbnails do not show up. It also happens on the gallery pages as well. Ideas? All of these images in my test galleries are standard jpgs under 500px wide.

Refresh, and they show: www.timbercrawler.com/tim/gallery2.jpg

    Do you have specific images selected for your album thumbnails or are you useing the random selection? If the latter, maybe some images can't be processed--too big for the server memory or something. If it is the former, then it is a problem with the server not serving the image.
