You will probably have to ask your Internet Service Provider for the help on these. Certainly they are the only ones who know the answers to the MySQL questions.
If you can use FTP to visit your site you can change the permissions on the folders. Depending on the FTP client you use they may be called permissions or file attributes. There are three groups of permissions: Owner, Group, and Public. In each are three items: read, write, and execute. These all need to be set.
If you can't do this through FTP you will again have to talk to your ISP.

#2 & #3. You need to set the permissions on these folders to @777. Apparently your server is configured so that zenphoto is not allowed to do that.
The above is kind of what the error messages was telling you....
