Image description and tags not saving

Am logged-in as admin and browsing my gallery, when I click add description and add one, click save, it looks like it saves but the page returns with no description. The same goes for the tags, looks like its saving but nothing displays. No error message are generated.

Any ideas?

Oh and rather than adding another new topic; Comments do not save either but they DO generate an error screen:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

Any ideas about this one?

    OK, just to reitterate I can managed descriptions through the admin area, just not on the front-end of the site. So not a critical error - maybe just a bug in my instance..
