special tags

Hi,
thank you for the new way the tags are managed.
I have a feature request :
I use ZP with many tags, so I have a long list of tags when I want to attribute them to a picture. Some of them are always needed (for example two of them are used to define if the image is in portrait format or in landscape format).
I was wondering if it wouldn't be nice to define some of these tags (chosen by the admin) as "special tags" and make them appear each time at the top of the tags list in order to make it easier to use it.
Does it make sense for you ?
