I noticed that when deleting an image this way, one is redirected to the admin pages. Personally I would want to stay on the album page and not being redirected. Perhaps there can be an extra option in the admin toolbox panel when viewing single images: admin, delete image, - manage album -, logout.
Also when on the admin pages of an album on let's say page 3, if one deletes an image there you get redirected to page 1 of that album. This imho is not logical, especially when someone is walking through the images page by page to see which one could also be deleted or edited.
