Login Failure on New Installation

I just downloaded the latest version of zenphoto using simple scripts on my hosting server. The installation went fine it appeared, but when I attempt to login I only receive a failed attempt. I've tried it 3-4 times and even attempted to reset my password via the captcha image on the admin login, but I never receive an email with the new info.

Thanks for the info. I had already gone a head and uninstalled and reinstalled the program. This time I just allowed it to generate an admin account for me. The first time I chose to create my own and saw no place to enter my email address. With the generated account I had no problems logging in.
