Hello,
I just intstall for testing the last version of ZenPhoto (1.2 [2213] ) and I'm more than impressed. Especially by the multilingual data.
However, I have a (big) problem with GoogleMaps... the map showed is totally wrong place. For example : for a picture taken in North of France, the map is .... Winnipeg in Canada.
It's very strange because, with ZenPhoto 1.1.7, everything was OK.
In order to solve the problem, I erase the directory and MySQL database and created new ones.... and the problem is still the same
I even checked GPS coordinates of pictures with other software (XnView, GeoSetter), they are correct.
The API key was added in Adminstration - Options - Extensions
Does I need to change something in another place ?
TIA
Escurial
PS : I can send the URL if needed
Comments
1. when clicking on the googlemaps link to toggle it open (is this a new feature - if so, any setting available for it?), the map is not centred on the precise location (offset to the right and down a bit)...
2. only part of the area available for the map actually has an image (remainder is grey) - this only applies to the map image, not the google controls...
my site: http://kjtooke.dyndns.org/
I am checking why the map is not centered.
#2 could this be related to not centering?
Like kjtooke, I had a problem of "grey area"... but only with Firefox 3.0.1, not with IE.
Will check in IE and Safari later...
I have already created a ticket. Just attach the image or post the URL to the ticket.
I attached a picture and gave the URL of my test gallery.
Thanks
I've read here ( http://www.zenphoto.org/trac/ticket/693#comment:5 ) that the problem is fixed. Many thanks.
I have some practical questions :
- are they present in the last nightly build ?
- I read at http://www.zenphoto.org/trac/changeset/2238 that the file themes/effervescence_plus/image.php was modified. Does it mean that "image.php" file must be modified in all different themes ?
Thanks in advance !
We moved from a hacked version of a software called phoogle to the official version. The official version does not support setting the map style, so that parameter was dropped from the plugin interface. Only the Effervescence+ theme had used that parameter. If you have a cutom theme useing the 'Type' parameter you will have to change the theme.
