Flowplayer usage

Ok, I am new to Zenphoto and am trying to create an album of videos. I can create the album without any problem, but getting the videos to actually play is an issue, am I missing something. I have video files in the albums folder, but nothing comes up when I enter the album. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

try to convert your videos to FLV format first. that'll work
