comment section doesn't show up

i have enabled comments, but this section doesn't show up:

If you look at the page you will notice that there is a message `Comments are closed` on it. This means that either the image or the album has allow comments not checked.

actually,...comments wasn't allowed at first place indeed. then i allowed and they didn't show up. just text: comments are closed. so, if to not allow at the beggining, they don't show up later either?

The message you are receiving occurs `IF AND ONLY IF` the album has got its `Allow comments` box unchecked or the image has its `Allow comments` box unchecked.
