Looking for a customizeable theme

Any know of a clean theme that i can customize with my own header and colors. I like the default but i'd like the change the colors and add a header. The 10 sets are cool, i like the plain and simple look, don't need links, don't need any fluff just show sets and a header. I'd like it to look like my site. www.meltcomics.com, simple, same as the blog i'm currently working on, simple. any help will be much appreciated.

The example or the default theme are the best starting points. I suggest you make a copy with a different name of whatever theme you choose. Then make your changes to it.

Changing the colors is simple, just modify the CSS. Default has several, so you can see what makes a difference. example has just one CSS.

The blurb next to the default theme says you can change the colors by going to the Admin Options tab and clicking on "Theme Colors." My tab doesn't have that option ... unless I'm going blind (which might be the case anyway).
