Cannot add users

I have just installed the latest version to a brand new install on GoDaddy. All seems to be working OK with the exception of I cannot add new users, I get the error "The form submission is incomplete. Perhaps the form size exceeds configured server or browser limits."

I have looked through the various other posts and cannot find anything that looks like the same issue and have checked all the things I can see without luck.

    The error tells it actually, the POST limit for forms on your server is apperently too small to be posted. You will have to contact GoDaddy about that.

    There is a "users per page" option on the general options page. Set that to a lower number to reduce the size of the form submission.
