You albums are probably unpublished. If you are logged in you see them, too.
  • I checked and where all my albums are listed it shows a green check mark
also if i go to the album that my visitors can not see there is a check mark
    in the published box.

    Please post a link.
  • Hi,

    my site is gfavalephotography.com
and zenphoto is gotto to from the "gallery" tab

    thanks for your help, George
  • I can see 5 albums in your gallery and pictures in all of them. Have you tried loggin out and viewing your site?

Perhaps there is some kind of "user error" on the part of your users.
  • This is very strange....

I logged onto my site from my laptop and i can see all my albums i guess like you can.

I now have three different visitors that can not see my new albums??

do you have any suggestions for me to tell them what to check or look for??

note they do see changes i made to my site... they just can not see any new albums
which i have in a seperate zenphoto directory...
  • My suggestion would be to sit with them and observe what they are doing.

Just to confirm I see all the five albums, too.
  • As a follow up I had some of my tech friends test this and this is what we found

It looks like there is a browser compatibility issue. It works fine in:

    Safari 3.12
    Firefox 3.02 on Mac
    Firefox 1.5 on Linux
Internet Explorer 7.0 on Windows XP

    But not in:
Internet Explorer 6.0 on Windows XP - You don't even get the tabs on the main page.

not sure what the issue is with Explorer 6.0 but will try and find, thanks for all you help, George

Well, the issue with IE6 is...IE6...:-) (sorry couldn't resist).
