Pictures not showing up?

So here's a link:
http://www.ericdmunoz.com/ericandcarmelita/photo/index.php?album=2008/Fall+2008
As you can tell the pics don't show up as thumbs, or generated smaller pics.
But you actually look at the fullsize pics, they do exist.
What is happening and why?
I'm about to pull my hair out.
PLEASE help.

  • Sorry... 1 more questions... are the pics too big? is it the extension names too long? or too awkward?
  • sorry... how and what do i edit in fixing those 2 problems?

As it is written there, 1. change either the permissions on your folders, 2. upload smaller image or set the php memory limit higher if your ISP allows
  • sorry .... i guess i don't know what to edit... a php file?

    1. You can do that with your FTP program
    2. well, smaller images I don't need to explain, do I?..:-) Regarding memory limit I would suggest to contact your ISP since you seem not to be comfortable with that at all.
  • ok... i changed the php memory limit... to "5000000000M"

This worked pretty much immediately. But... some photos (10-15mb each) are not showing up. Any other ideas?

Are you sure you have that much memory on your server? Unlikely if you don't run your own. Try to contact your ISP about the true limit.
  • ok. I just sent them an email. if i have reached my limit, what are my options?

Resize your images before upload or move to a bigger webspace.
  • Well, resizing is a last resort.
Webspace is most definitely the problem. I have unlimited space and bandwidth.

    I still haven't heard anything.

Sorry, I didn't mean the webspace ifself, but the package. The memory limit has nothing to do with space, traffic and bandwidth. Shared hosting often has a low memory limit (I have 32MB and can't raise it for example).
  • where could I look this number up?
  • You will have to ask your ISP.
  • ok... so my isp said i'm outta luck... 10-15mb (hi res) pics just are going to display.
If anyone has a suggestion, other than resizing, feel free to let me know.
Thanks for the support thus far.
