Of course... On the category tab there is a list of all categories that says "Edit this category". Also read the usage tips about titlelinks and permaTitlelinks.

haha wow I must be retarded because I didn't even think to click on the names of the categories.. Just looked and saw reset hitcountet and delete and assumed the worst.. Thanks.
