dynamic album with localized pictures

I wish to create an album with all my geo-localized pictures.
I have a look on dynamic albums, but I can't find any answer to my questions.

According to you, is there a way to do that ?

I would say you have to tag those images specifially. The search does not cover such meta data fields (see the list on the search options). You probably could write a function to tag images that have such localization.
