Tough Time Installing - Please help me out!

I have download and extracted the files.Edited the config file,given the correct db name, user and password.Also set "true" from false ".My host is www.bounceweb.com

When i have runned the setup im getting this error.

" The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. ".

I have tried installing 2 times, im getting the same error.Also, i have created fresh db name,user and pass each time while installing.I have also chmoded all the files to 777.Tried 755 also.Still doesn't work.

I don't really understand what's the problem.Please help me out.Thanks

    You will probably have to contact your ISP on this one. Sounds like the PHP scripts are not being run. Perhaps PHP is not enabled or is mis-configured on your server. You should also check your server error log to see if there is indeed more information about the error.
