how to change the letter "gallery" to blog?

I tried to change my gallery to blog and found that i can post long journals under photo but when i tried to change the word gallery to blog,it wont.Still the word gallery shown.
It'll be awkward to do blog with that word over it.

You can change the title of your gallery on the admin options.
