Missing utilities folder after install?

Hi all,
I just uploaded a fresh zp install, and after running setup am stymied by this error:

Zenphoto installation folders [Some of the folders of your installation are missing.]
Error!
Perhaps there was a problem with the upload. You are missing the following folders::
../zp-coreUTILITIES_FOLDER

Can someone let me know what the missing folder is - I don't see anything missing in comping src and uploaded files, and I assume the flder listed is a constant that should have been expanded so I dont know what it really wants.

Well, after making the backend MySQL db, the utilities folder error went away and my install completed.

Hope this helps whoever is writing the install code for future improvements at least.

I have the same error. Can someone shed some light on this for me? I'm pretty new at this...

CarbonElemental's problem is caused by a missing define in the primitive environment for setup. That environment is only used when there is not yet a database connection. So if you have the same problem, just provide the database user, password, etc. and it should go away.
