After applied watermark,lots of thumbnails dont showup!

I dont know if i'm paranoid or not but after do watermark,the thumb dont show up for all pics,i had to rightclick and "show" on each one.
Does this problem occur from watermark? becos b4 this i rarely had this problem,thnx
