Video Black in plugin players

New to ZenPhoto. Uploaded mp4 to an ablum -- it plays (you can hear the rustling sound) but the picture is black. The issue is the same with both plug-in players. Ideas anyone?

    Both players are adapted third party scripts and seem to be a little picky which type of mp4 (more excatly what settings). I encountered that also, but can't really tell what setting they like. I believe with ffmegx on Mac it did work while export from Quicktime did not.

    Note also that both plugins currently do not use the latest flv player or flowplayer. For flv player we use v3 instead of 4 because of some changes to the player api in v4. But you can replace it if you don't need some of the color options.
    Flowplayer has also a newer version 3 that has not been checked to be compatible with the plugin yet.

    I suggest search the forums on each player's site for any info or to try the player directly (refer to the players' own sites for details). If the issue persists in the newer versions you would have to contact its developers.
