Show recent images

Hi! I know this has been asked a lot, but I just can't seem to get it to work...
What I want to do is modify the default ZP theme, to display the most recently uploaded photos on the index page. I was told to put `<?php show_latest_images(5) ?>` where I wanted them to appear, but that just didn't display... anything at all. I'm running the latest version of Zenphoto. Any help is greatly appreciated.

That must have been ages ago that you have been told that..:-) We now have a plugin for that:
