Help updating crazy Mexican site

Hi. Someone hired me to update a site and I can't figure out how to change the text on the home page. Can you help me find out where it's stored??

The site is at [url]http://www.dondemaio.com/oaxaca/index.php[/url]. The text on the home page does not appear to be in a text/html/php file, so I thought it might be in the MySQL database, but I can't find it there either. Weird.

So, what is our cut of your fee?

This appears to be a modified version of the standard default theme. So, you would need to examine the theme index.php file to see where the text is coming from.
