Search feature is messed up

I'm using a recent nightly and the search feature seems 'busted'.

For example -- when you go to http://www.thatvideogameblog.com/galleries/ and search for "gotham" you can see there are 70 images in the gallery. But when you actually enter the gallery, you just see one page (20 thumbs) with the numbering showing "0 images total"?

I'm completely lost here...

But on the results I see "Total matches for gotham : 1" for the album I assume.

Your site tells me that you are not using a nightly but the official 1.2.2. There was if I recall correctly indeed a issue with the image number and search that has been fixed meanwhile.
  • I am definitely using a nightly, though with a modified default theme which came with 1.2.2

The problem lies not in the actual search results page, but when you click on the result. When you search for "gotham", the gallery for Project Gotham Racing 4 shows up. Enter that gallery and you'll see what I mean -- The gallery really has 70 images but, through search, only 20 are shown and the counter under the thumbs shows "0 images total"

Sorry, you are right, [3297] is a nightly. I was fooled by the wrongfully printed "Offfical Build" (that should not be there actually...)
I see the issue but I will have to leave that to sbillard who is more familiar with the search.

But meanwhile the standard question: Is that reproducable with the standard default theme, too?
  • Nightly builds are indeed "official"
  • "Is that reproducable with the standard default theme, too?"

    Yes, and with Effervescence+.

I believe there is a fix by sbillard in the nightly.
  • Just updated to the latest nightly and yes, the issue appears to be gone indeed. Thanks!
