Thumbs from protected subalbums shows on index

I'n having a password protected subalbum (Gally->Album->Subalbum). On the Gallery page (index) thumbnails from the protected subalbum is showing among the random thumb for the album. This is not how it should do right? Have I done something wrong or is it a bug?
