Is This a Bug?

I was noticing some funny behavior on my custom designed theme and I don't know exactly what to do about it. It has to do with Tags. Certain tags I've set up work, and other ones don't. Well, they do, but they bring you first to a page that contains no photos. Then if you go "Next Page" it shows them. Examples:

Working Tags:
Color
People

Unworking Tags:
Landscape
Nature & Animals

Any thoughts why its making the paging so funny?

    I have no idea why `Landscape` would not work. But `Nature & Animals` would look like a boolean expression to the search unless enclosed in quotation marks.
