Thumnail Problem in latest SVN

If you set the `$conf['thumb_crop'] = false;`, the thumbnails turn out really large and don't seem to obey the sizes that were specified in the thumb width and height values.

    Thanks, I'll take a look.

It's a secret, but head over to http://bugs.zenphoto.org, make yourself a nice little account, and create a new bug :) Thanks.
  • I've seen JIRA before, but have you considered Drupal (see the cvs/head version or curent release candidate) with the project module. that can handle issue/ bug tracking very well, and many different projects running at the same time, with different version of the projects.

See (http://drupal.org/project/issues) for the issue tracking sytem, and

(http://drupal.org/project) for the project files and navigation and such.

You have probably spent ages working on this one though. Just a suggestion/ reccomendation.

Haven't spent ages actually, and JIRA's been working great. What do you have against it other than it not being open source? It's an amazing product with an incredible UI unlike anything I've seen from similar open-source solutions. I'll definitely check out drupal though, thanks for the reccomendation.

We're adding more info to the Wiki before we make both public. That's the only reason it's "secret". ;-)

    To add to your commendations...

I first installed Zen Gallery last year September and was completely amazed by the simplicity and practical design as well as functionality.

The gallery was installed into a Wordpress site that we had sponsored for a Romanian charity organisation looking after orphans. The gallery fitted in perfectly into wordpress and we had a seamless integration. Many donations and much suport came through for www.romanianrelief.org (don't visit. alas the webshosts for the website www.pxtek.com deleted all our files in an administrative blunder. No backup policy on our side so we will have to do it from fresh...but they did say they were sorry!) as a result of the gallery and the great pictures that were posted.

My post is as a result of working with Drupal over the last year....a very advanced OS, scalable CMS and Community management platform. It would be wonderful to see your Zen Gallery integrated as a module for Drupal. Please do check out www.drupal.org.

    Thanks for a great project.
