Zenphoto 1.2.3 Problems

Hi I have a couple of problems with your latest version.

1) Error on adding comment using default theme.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function fetchcomments() in /home/users/myusername/html/codenameboo.com/lis/gallery/zp-core/functions.php on line 971

Also existing comments are not displayed.

2) Images are being cached, the image size in theme options is 800px long side and all the images are actually 550px.

same problem with stopdesign theme, comments don't show up, only being saved in the Database.
