Zenphot: How do I change the font/link color on the default theme?

Help...
I am using the default them on ZenPhoto, all I want to do is have a theme that has White fonts, Black Background and a hover color of maroonâ€¦ I just keep messing it up when I try and change it.

I am using version: zenphoto 1.2.1...

If anyone knows of any better themes I could use, I am new at this and would really appreciate it...
