Thanks! I was able to make it work with the hack already applied. What's funny is that I had the same idea as you to use a clapper board as the watermark. You can see mine here: http://sunkast.com/photos/skydiving

@aitf311: I did the .mov hack but only intranet use is advised, mov files are too heavy. Once I migrate to the last SVN (still sticked in 411), I'll apply the change and post if if there is any interest.
I'm having problems getting it to work with the SVN code at all (image watermarking). Also with the small tweak mentioned by `thinkdreams` above. It just doesnt work neither on my local server, nor on my hosted one...
I think it's fully implementd in the SVN code, do I need to add a hook in the theme as well. I tried different themes but it's not working in all of them.
