Subalbums svn?

I know it is still in the works and all but I was messing around with the sub-albums branch of zp on my test box (IIS6) and it was not working.. thought it might of been a mod-rewrite thing so I uploaded it to my test nix server with mod-rewrite and it still isnt working..It seems to be correctly identifying the directories(subalbums) but not displaying the pictures....

Am I wasting my time with the subalbum branch right now or should this be functional....?

I am using the most current up to today... (207)

It's functional, but only with mod_rewrite off. The theme isn't working so hot either, it's basically only straight links to test everything.

We still have a lot of work to do there, but the classes work great! It was surprisingly easy to implement. The hard part is the interface -- making good theme functions that take advantage of it, a good example theme, and especially all of the admin functions. It'll be a while...
  • Another question here. I regularly download the latest svn for subalbums and mess around with it.. As of 226 it finaly works for me on IIS6 with a few minor exceptions. Did you want us to file bugs regarding 1.1.x even though it is an unreleased still in development build?

Wow, on IIS... that's good to hear.

Please don't file official bugs yet, it's completely unreleased and we're aware that it's very buggy. If you like you can just bring them to my attention in this thread...
  • as far as I got.. it was just the redirection to the full size if it was already smaller than the resized dimension..

    example..
    http://beta.chilifrei.net/sazp/index.php?album=My+Cars/Da+Berrrreta&image=Beretta+before7.jpg

so every image that is smaller than the resized doesnt redirect to the full image. This may be known or unknown.. this is just the first time I have seen images with IIS and I noticed this.. all else seems to work pretty good.

That problem is with encoding of spaces in the location header... I fixed it in the latest SVN on the trunk and the changes should be merged in later.

Now we just have to start recoding all the admin elements and template funcitons for subalbums... ugh!
