More IPTC ?

Is it possible to include more IPTC metadata ?
I am very interesting in :

Category
Supplemental category

These metadata will be used for generating gallery divisions.

Sorry, I am a french user that would like to use zenphoto with lots of images already IPTC implemented.

Maybe you could tell me how adding special IPTC in zenphoto :
I see create structure in zp_images table but what php file and function take it in charge ?
and to add it in the search interface.
